Austin, TX
Approximately $16M in combined projects. Assisted with 705 occupied unit renovations, 8 common space renovations, courtyard renovations, and much more over 2 year period to completely transform this property and put them back on top in an extremely competitive market at University of Texas.
San Diego, CA
Approximately $3.9M. Completed 180 full unit renovations, 3 common space renovations, and minor structural/stucco/paint repairs on the exteriors all within a tight 3 month timeline to utilize the summer break while students were gone. TPC understands that we must use summers and holiday breaks to accomplish large projects that may not be possible with occupied properties and we are up for the task. These renovations kept this property relevant for the students at San Diego State University.
Tampa/Orlando, FL
Approximately $10M in combined projects. Completed 211 unit renovations in Tampa and 193 unit renovations in Orlando simultaneously, clubhouse renovations, complete fitness center and study space build out, and misc exterior renovations on the roofs, stucco, and asphalt. Owners and residents alike were extremely pleased with the updated spaces at University of South Florida and University of Central Florida.
Greenville, NC
Approximately $1.3M in combined projects. Completed 124 unit renovations, clubhouse renovation, full re-roof, ADA modifications, overhaul of tennis court and volleyball courts, exterior repairs, asphalt parking lot repairs, concrete work, fencing replacement, and other misc items. In collaboration with the owner, designer, and staff, we were able the bring this property back to it’s old glory for the students at East Carolina University.
