Preconstruction

Planning is the cornerstone of a smooth project. TPC will help you work through these important details prior to work actually starting:

Build & Renovate

Working with your on-site staff, TPC makes your ideas become reality. With weekly update emails and constant communication, we work through each aspect of the construction and ensure that you have all of the up-to-date information.

For unit renovations we utilize our proven “production trains” to work through large quantities of units in the quickest amount of time. This will minimize any disruptions to your residents.

Close out

Close out is just as important as the planning and actual work, but that last 10% always seems to be the toughest part. However, TPC sticks with you through the end. Typical close out items such as-built plans, sign off sheets, final walk throughs, Certificates of Occupancy, and acclimation to the new space is part of the TPC close out process. We want to make sure that you understand and enjoy your new space. Also, TPC offers a standard 1 year warranty on their projects.
